Terms & Privacy Policy

The following terms apply to all services provided at KAMI Therapy Of Beauty Studio. Booking an appointment is equivalent to accepting these terms in full. Please read them carefully before your first visit.

§1

General Provisions

  1. 01Services are provided by KAMI Therapy Of Beauty Studio (the “Studio”), specialising in therapeutic massage, holistic therapies, traditional cupping, gua sha and signature herbal detox programs.
  2. 02Booking an appointment — by phone, e-mail or social media — is equivalent to acknowledging and accepting these terms in their entirety.
  3. 03All treatments are offered to adult clients (18+). Minors may be admitted only with the written consent of a legal guardian.
§2

Bookings & Punctuality

  1. 01Appointments can be booked by phone, e-mail or via the Studio's official social media channels. Each booking is confirmed individually.
  2. 02A reminder is sent approximately 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  3. 03Late arrival of the Client results in a shortened treatment time, with no change to the full price of the service. The Studio cannot extend the session at the expense of the next Client.

Deposit & Cancellations

  1. 01A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total treatment price is required to confirm every booking. The deposit is deducted from the final amount due on the day of the visit.
  2. 02The Client may cancel or reschedule the appointment free of charge no later than 24 hours before its start.
  3. 03In the event of a cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance, or in the case of a no-show, the deposit is forfeited in full.
  4. 04For higher-value services — such as the Signature Detox & Regeneration Program — a larger advance payment may be required, agreed individually before booking.
§4

Health & Safety

  1. 01Every Client is required to truthfully complete the patient intake form before the first treatment and to inform the therapist of any changes in their health status before each subsequent visit.
  2. 02The therapist reserves the right to refuse or interrupt a treatment if there are medical contraindications or any other reasons that may put the Client's health at risk.
  3. 03The Client uses the Studio's services at their own responsibility, particularly in the case of detox programs, fasting and intensive herbal therapies.
§5

Detox Program & Herbal Courses

  1. 01The therapist is not a medical doctor. Recommendations regarding herbs, diet and breathing techniques are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
  2. 02In the case of chronic illness, pregnancy or ongoing pharmacological treatment, prior consultation with a physician is strongly recommended before joining the program.
  3. 03The results of the program depend on the Client's individual commitment, discipline and consistent application of the recommendations.
§6

Conduct & Hygiene

  1. 01Clients are asked to arrive in a state of personal hygiene appropriate to the nature of the treatment and to respect the calm atmosphere of the Studio.
  2. 02All treatments offered at the Studio are strictly therapeutic in nature and have no sexual context whatsoever.
  3. 03Any inappropriate behaviour or suggestion of a sexual nature will result in immediate termination of the treatment with no refund and a permanent ban on future bookings.

GDPR & Privacy

  1. 01The administrator of personal data is KAMI Therapy Of Beauty Studio. Data collected includes: first name, surname, phone number, e-mail address and information regarding health status provided in the intake form.
  2. 02Data is processed solely for the purpose of providing the service, ensuring its safety and contacting the Client regarding their bookings. Data is not shared with third parties.
  3. 03The Client has the right to access, rectify, restrict the processing of, or delete their personal data at any time by contacting the Studio directly.
  4. 04All data is stored securely and protected against unauthorised access.

Final Provisions

  1. 01The Studio reserves the right to amend these terms. The current version is always available on this page.
  2. 02In matters not regulated by these terms, the relevant provisions of the applicable law shall apply.
  3. 03Any questions regarding these terms can be directed to the Studio by phone or e-mail.

Booking an appointment at KAMI Therapy Of Beauty Studio is equivalent to full acceptance of these Terms and Privacy Policy.
